My friend's birthday was yesterday so I decided to use
Peachy Keen's sketch challenge #46 as a jumping off point. It took a little thinking to figure out the sizes of the layers but it turned out pretty cute! You can't really tell in the picture but I manipulated the banner so that it's bowed up in the middle. This also qualified for
Flaunt it Friday's Challenge #14.
