Happy Birthday America!!!!!

I just wanted to pop in and say Happy 4th of July to everyone. :) We're at our cabin and I am using my husband's mi-fi to get internet access. He's out checking the crab pots so I have to be quick. Have a great day and remember the real reason for today. We're heading home tomorrow so I'll be back to crafting then.

4th of July Bunting Card

I think that this will be my last 4th of July card... I think. I wanted to make one more but didn't want to do the same idea as the other cards I'd made. So I enlisted my husband to help me find something that would work. He found this bunting (that's what it's called, right?) on the Old West cartridge and it was perfect! I'm submitting this to the Peachy Keen Face it Friday challenge where we had to create a patriotic project and use a face.

Simple 4th of July card

I made this one for a challenge on the Pink by Design message board. You can check out the message board HERE. The challenge was to create a card without using your cricut/die cutter. I didn't realize how much I relied on my cricut until this challenge! It definitely took more thinking than usual. I love this stamp set that Sarah released in May. I put glossy accents on the 4 to bring it out a little more.
