Finally the HAUL!!!

Finally! Here's everything I got at the expo a couple weekends ago. No one guessed the two things I had you guess on so they are the first two pictures.

This is the second corner chomper I've bought. I love them but hate to pay shipping so it was good to find this and it was only $15!! Can't beat that.

Big clothes pin and the iBond

Template for making flowers.

Fabric tape; sanding blocks, screens for glimmer mists

The packs of paper were $4 for 25 sheets! Two things of glitter and a Pearl Pen. This was the first time I'd actually been able to find them so I snagged one up. I guess I'm into a blue thing this year for Christmas/winter.

The clock paper will the the background for Carver's delivery pictures; The snowflakes is for some favor bags for my mom's family christmas (No one lets us bring food so I'm going to do Hershey nuggets instead), the Peppermint paper is for our Christmas cards.

Stickles (Waterfall, Lime Green & Silver) and buttons.

Lace tape and handmade by stamp. Who knows if I'll actually use the stamp but figured it'd be good to have. And since Boxer is closing it was really cheap!

My first glimmer mist

Ribbon and Brads: Sock Monkeys (for last year's halloween pictures); Snowflakes, Bees, and tools.

The Haul

So I recorded a video of my haul but am having the hardest time uploading it. I've tried youtube and blogger but no luck. So when my battery on my camera is charged, I'll take pictures and have it up.

Quick Post

Just a quick post to let you know that I went to the Scrapbook Expo here in Bellevue WA and will try to either take pictures or try a video (if I can get the video to upload, having problems with that lately). So I should be back later today.

Here's a sneak peek at what i got... Something from Imaginisce an something fom We R Memory Keepers. That's it! That's all you get.

How about this! If you can guess what those two things are before I post my haul I'll have a prize for you! Good luck!!

Sale at Michaels

Michaels has their cartridges on sale for $35. That's nothing new but Provocraft is giving away free cartridges if you buy 3 carts from Michaels during April and May. You just send in the UPC or proof of purchase (cant remember which) and pay $9 for shipping and you get to pick from a selection of cartridges. And I saw 3 Birds on Parade on that list! That's definitely worth it. Oh,and did I mention that they have the new carts on sale? I got Campin' Critters, Baby Steps (didnt think you could get it anywhere other than JoAnns) and Birthday Bash. I'm a happy girl!

They also have their 50pk tealights 2 for $3, open stock paper is 6 for $1 and their Celebrate It! Ribbon is half off. That's all I let myself look at. Haha

Portland Scrapbook Expo 2011

Here's my loot!!!!!

This is what we got just for being there! I haven't tried it out yet but I have a feeling that this will come in handy when I'm doing invitations

I've missed embossing so I decided to get a new heat gun. Well when I saw this I had to have it! And it was only $5.00!!! (I don't plan on using it that much so I don't care if it's a good quality gun)

I got these 6x6 calendars at the last expo and loved them!

These ATG refills were $7.99 with NO TAX! I know I could probably find them cheaper online but this was cheaper than JoAnns/Michaels

(mini?) bakers twine - it's really thin.

I'm going to make a birthday calendar to keep in my scrapbook area

pearls galore!!!

I'm going to cut some shapes with the cricut for these. I'll make a bunch so I have them on hand when scrapbooking.

Buttons and Pop Dots

Stickles!

I needed new pages and protectors for my Creative Memories albums (I'm still using the old pages). These are, by far, the best albums I've used!

A tease

I went to the Scrapbook Expo in Portland, OR yesterday and had a blast! I spent twice as much as I was thinking but I went with a list so I shouldn't complain. We got a lot of ideas and my boys got to spend some time with Chris's grandma. But I'll fill you in on that later.

Call me crazy but I was sitting on the couch earlier today and remembered that JoAnns was having a big sale and I had a 25% off my entire purchase (including sale items). So I jumped in the car and headed to JoAnns. Yes, I realize that I just spent a bunch of money the day before but JoAnns had their open stock paper for 5 for $1!!! And I needed to stock up on some of the colors that I use a lot of.

Well all that to say, I spent $38 and SAVED $67!!! I'll post pictures of both days later on once I've organized everything.

Black Friday Haul

Me, Carver, Mom and Charlie all woke up at 4:00am, loaded up, got coffee from our lovely Kolette (Kolettey's Koffee) who opened just for us :), and headed down to Yakima.

Stop #1: WalMart
I have a very strong dislike for this store but when they're the only ones that carry Cricut Lite cartridges, what's a girl to do? They only had the 7 new lite cartridges which kinda bummed me but I got the Jolly Holiday cartridge and already have a project in mind for it. I also got two movies for $1.96 a piece! Mom found a Mickey Mouse movie that will go in Carver's stocking.

Stop #2: Target
I LOVE this store!!!! But they lines were ridiculous! They wound from the registers to electronics, back down to seasonal, then along the back wall to sporting goods, up that aisle to the main back aisle back to seasonal, and then back towards electronics. But I have to hand it to the employees. They had us clipping along pretty fast. Here's what I got:

* Queen size air mattress for Jena - $12
* Two flannel plaid shirts for Carver - $5/ea
* 2 sets - 2pk Sleepers for Carver - $12/ea ($6/sleeper)
* 5 movies - $3.99-$5.99/ea
* Flannel plaid shirt for me - $7.50

The only things I wasn't able to get were the scarves ($5/ea) and a new hair straightener ($14) but we might go back today.

Stop #3: Starbucks
Needed another coffee and Carver needed some breakfast. He loves their oatmeal. :)

Stop #4: Michaels
I got 3 photo boxes. They were 3 for $5 when they're regularly $4.50/ea. Score! I also got two cricut cartridges - Everyday Paper Dolls for $28 and Simply Charmed for $37. I needed a bigger acrylic block for stamping so I got that too. I want to go there again today if we go because all of their Disney cartridges are $25 today.

Stop #5: The Childrens Place
I wanted to see if they had anymore hats (no such luck). I got three thermal shirts ($4.90/ea), a sweatshirt ($7) and matching half zip sweaters for Carver and Tyler for $13/ea. That was probably the worst place out of everywhere we went. It was FREEZING in there and they only had two registers going so the line was barely moving.

Stop #6: Borders
Mom wanted a book. I found Curious George 2 for $5 and a Mickey Mouse cd for $6 after I used my 40% off coupon

Stop #7: Fred Meyer in Ellensburg
We got there just as the sale was ending but mom got in line real quick so she got some socks at half off. Chris was already there when we got there and he got a bunch of tools for half off! :)

What deals did you get???

An Oh My Crafts! Haul

I scored big time at Oh My Crafts! and I had to share with you. :) I originally ordered 9 sets of embossing folders and a refill for my Tim Holtz sanding block. They ended up refunding me for two of the embossing folders because they were out of stock. And the drumroll for the total................ $13.28 SHIPPED!!! (that's after the $3 refund). How awesome is that?!?!

These are cut and emboss folders. RIP and Beware.

I Love You and Cat 4-sets

Skeleton Scroll and Diamond in the Rough

Tim Holtz sanding block refill and Mickey Celebrates

Carver particularly liked the Mickey one. haha
